Pachacamac MTB Ride
Riding the Qhapac Ñam
Pachacamac is a coastal hilly area with a large number of downhill trails and circuits, the birthplace of downhill riding in Peru. As if that weren’t enough, the Pachacamac Valley is part of the Qhapac Ñan circuit, an extensive network of roads that allowed the Incas to politically, economically, and socially connect towns with the capital of the Inca Empire; Tahuantinsuyo. Dry in summer and green in winter, it’s a place of abundant flora and fauna, perfect for escaping the city of Lima and reconnecting with nature.
